Kodexram strictly prohibits
- Purchased mailing lists or purchased contact lists
- Scraped contacts or contact databases collected without permission
- Third-party contact datasets without direct and valid consent
- Bulk unsolicited communication
- Unauthorized promotional messages
Consent requirements
All marketing or promotional communication sent through Kodexram must be permission-based. Users must provide explicit consent before receiving ongoing marketing messages or campaign content.
Unsubscribe and opt-out
Every marketing-oriented communication flow should include a clear opt-out or unsubscribe path. Users must remain in control of their communication preferences at all times.
Enforcement
Kodexram may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. We may also investigate unusual communication patterns, remove access to messaging capabilities, or require additional compliance review.
